Stretch & Pre-Pilates
Enjoy 50 minutes of stretching, gentle movement, and Pre-Pilates exercises. This class is suitable for complete beginners with no exercise experience, those who would like to begin a movement practice but may have some physical challenge, and seniors reacquainting themselves with exercise. Class moves at a slower graduated pace with clear explanation, demo of each movement, and ample opportunity to practice and learn each exercise.
