Pilates Yoga Workout

Challenge your aerobic metabolism, in the Pilates Yoga Workout class!  This slow-twitch fibers, intense workout is  motivated by the rhythm of music in the background.  There are higher repetitions of the movements and then dynamic rest periods in which static postures are held.  This is difficult because the body may be tired from the repetitive movements and now must rely on synchronized focus, breathe control and slow-twitch fiber endurance to hold the posture.  This class will leave you sweaty, but well on your way to developing a strong and svelte body.
