Service Description
This 8 week Kettlebell lifting series will build upon your prior workshop skills and develop endurance and strength. The series follows guided workout formats which develop kettlebell lifting skills which layer upon one another. Increase muscle mass, fortify bone tissue, and challenge your cardiovascular system in this progressive 8 week challenge. Sessions will be recorded and shared with participants.
